Will it fit your figure?
Living Puppets cuts its clothes to the size of the figure, and the “Clothing/accessories for” filter shows which size each item is made for. Most of the large human figures can be undressed completely, some only in part. The outfits are generally meant for figures whose own clothes come off completely. For the pyjamas and the tracksuit, the maker states this outright: they fit every large figure that can be fully undressed. Shoes only fit figures that already arrive with removable shoes. For the small figures there are cargo jeans with an elastic waist; they fit small figures whose own trousers come off. The hand puppets themselves are not included.
Roles to dress up in
- Firefighter set with trousers, jacket and hat: during a fire safety morning at nursery, the figure explains why matches don't belong in children's hands.
- Police set with trousers, jacket and hat: before the first walk to school, the officer practises waiting for the green light with the children.
- Doctor's coat: the doctor goes round the group looking for runny noses and prescribes hot tea.
- Chef's jacket and hat: on baking day, the chef reads out the recipe and tells off anyone who nibbles the dough.
- Santa jacket and hat: in December, Santa opens an Advent calendar door with the group every morning.
Everyday wear and bedtime
In the red and white striped pyjamas, the figure is the first one asleep at the nursery sleepover. The tracksuit with its zip-up jacket is made for morning exercises, where the figure demonstrates the stretches, slightly wrong of course. Both come in a cardboard gift box, which makes them a ready-made present for a child who already owns a large figure. Shoes with Velcro or an elastic strap come in several colours.
Bag and tattoos
The plastic carry bag with a zip holds one large human Living Puppets figure. According to the maker, it is less suited to the large Sesame Street characters. If you take your figure to performances, the bag keeps it protected on the way. The temporary tattoos are for your own skin, and the sheets “Monique and friends” and “Lilabell and Lasse hearts” show Living Puppets characters.
