Description
Many people living with dementia once had a dog of their own and know how it feels to have one by their side.
The Joyk empathy doll Brando the dog is three products in one: a stuffed animal, a hand puppet and a warming friend. He feels almost like a real pet, especially if you fill the included blue bag yourself with heat-storing material (e.g. cherry stones), heat it in a microwave and then put it into Brando's belly. This makes him lovely to cuddle and care for.
Included is a bag filled with plastic granulate, which can increase the weight and volume of the dog to make it appear more realistic. Weighted like this, Brando settles on a lap with real presence, much as a dog would. Also, an additional empty blue bag is included for you to fill yourself.
To stow the bags in the dog, Brando has a suitable opening. Thanks to this opening, Brando can alternatively be used as a hand puppet.
Brando is also a therapy doll with Human Touch, as the dog can be optionally equipped with a special module simulating the heartbeat.
Material: The body of the dog is made of synthetic fibres and the paws are filled with beads
The bag for filling has a size of approx. 19 x 14 cm
