  • 1 Customs clearance:

    Orders are shipped as DHL Premium Parcel. Our shipping costs include basic customs processing. Import VAT, customs duties, and any additional fees charged by customs authorities or the local carrier in the destination country are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

    Important notice:

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders with a net goods value of more than €970.00. This is due to additional customs requirements for higher order values, which involve more complex processing. Shipping costs do not count towards this value.

  • 2 Delivery to a DHL collection point:

    Delivery is made exclusively to the nearest DHL Closest Droppoint (an authorised DHL collection point). Delivery to a residential address is not possible with this service.
